FAQs

Answers to questions you might have about Truck Packer.

I only want to use this for a month. What happens after I cancel?

Plus icon

Re-activate your subscription at any point. We will keep your inventory and packs secure on our servers until you decide to re-instate your subscription free of charge. We understand that tours may only need to use this few a few weeks out of the year - and that's totally okay!

What happens if I’ve signed up for a year or Truck Packer but it turns out it’s not for me?

Plus icon

Hit our contact forum, and let us know your situation. We never want anyone to feel like they are in some sort of bad contract... if you signed up for a year, but 3 months in and it's still not what you need we can work with you on a solution either via partial refund, or see to it that your specific needs are met.

Is Truck Packer supported on mobile?

Plus icon

Not yet… if we get enough requests for this it’s something we will look into for sure. You can open the app on a phone, but not much beyond that. Eventually we would love to add mobile viewing capabilities so crews/employees can easily view a virtual pack in a 3D space, instead of traditional printed methods.

Does Truck Packer consider weight?

Plus icon

There is a weight input on the inventory section, but the Autopacker is currently weight ignorant. That being said, it's a very real conversation and we're discussing building out at least some sort of visual cue to case weight so a user could manually adjust distrobution when neccesary.

Is there integration with inventory management software?

Plus icon

Truck Packer is a work in progress, and while this is very much an active, high priority ticket item for us there is currently not direct integration. Many of the industry standard platforms offer easy to use APIs that we are actively exploring utilizing to speed up the utilization process.
